I ordered something from petdailykit.com that ended up not fitting my dog, and trying to return it was such a pain. I had to wait days just to get email replies, then they asked me to send photos and wait all over again. The whole thing made me feel like I was begging them to fix a simple return, which got really frustrating. I already sent the item back, but my refund still hasn’t shown up. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but I’m resentful about how this went and I won’t be ordering from them again.

The stuff itself was okay from what I remember, but the main thing that stuck with me was the packaging. The box came bent up and taped kind of weird, like it had a rough trip. Maybe I’m forgetting the nicer parts, but I definitely expected it to arrive looking cleaner...

I ordered a few things from Petdailykit, and overall they were okay. To be fair, shipping was smooth and one of the items has held up well. But another one started showing wear after just a couple of weeks, so the durability feels kind of average to me. It’s not terrible, I just expected it to last a bit longer.

It had a weird smell right out of the package, and my dog wouldn’t go near it... so I’m not feeling super confident about the material :(

It was way too pricey for what you actually get. We had planned our day around it and were really looking forward to it, but it ended up being such a letdown that it kind of ruined the whole plan. Definitely didn’t feel worth the money.

My pet supplies showed up on time, which was great, but one of the items was the wrong size. It was not a huge deal, just a little annoying. Everything else in the order was fine.

I really wanted my cat to like this, but nope?? She wouldn’t settle on it at all and seemed uncomfortable. Definitely not a good fit for her

I ordered an outfit for my dog from petdailykit.com, and overall it was an okay experience, but the sizing wasn’t quite as smooth as I hoped. I actually took the time to measure my dog and compare everything with the size chart before ordering, so I thought I was playing it safe, but when it arrived, it felt a bit tighter than I expected in a couple of spots.
To be fair, it wasn’t completely off or unusable, and the material and overall quality seemed decent, so I don’t feel like it was a bad purchase. I just think if your pet is between sizes or has a fluffier build, it’s probably better to size up to avoid that snug fit. I’d order again, but I’d definitely be more careful with the sizing next time

I ordered from Petdailykit it went smoothly. I’m usually a bit careful with online pet orders, so I kept an eye on the tracking and saved my order info just in case. The tracking updated like it should, and the box showed up when they said it would. Everything was there and nothing was damaged, which was a relief. The only thing was the first confirmation email took a little while to come through, so I was kind of wondering for a minute. But overall, it was a good experience and I’d order from them again.

I ordered some dog stuff from petdailykit.com, the shipping took way too long. The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I was just sitting there wondering where my order even was. It did finally show up, but give me a break — I shouldn’t have to wait that long with almost no updates. Probably wouldn’t order from them again

I tried this with my pet it just didn’t really do much for us. A couple things seemed to help a little, or maybe it was just a good day, hard to tell. I kept using it for a while because I wanted to give it a fair shot, but overall I didn’t notice a big change. It’s not terrible or anything, and maybe it works better for other pets, but for mine it just wasn’t very effective.

I was hoping this would hold up better for my dog. It broke after about a week. Disappointing. I won’t be buying it again.
